Well we had half a day of the needed rain then the sun came back out. Now today the wind is blowing out of the north and has cooled things off a bit. (not as cold as you folks in Memphis) Took the Dingy over to see our friends Richard and Ronnie on their boat "Two Drifters". It's a 50 Nordhavn that they built from scratch. A lot of nice custom touches. Beautiful boat.
Realizing that this day the Sea of Abaco will be too bumpy for a dingy ride we decide to rent a golf cart and ride into town to stock up on some limes and Rum. Rum is really inexpensive here. Limes will fend off scurvy ya know. And of course you need rum to keep the crew happy.
This is a pic of the restaurant at Bluff House where we are tied up.
A nice shot of the Bluff House Villas with the harbor in the background
This is New Plymouth the big (Thanks Judy) city of Green Turtle Cay. We like it here because of the nice local folks and the pretty little pastel colored homes. Lots of good restaurants, fresh baked bread, local art, and of course a bar or two. The home of the Goombay Smash, Miss Emily's Blue Bee.

That's New Plymouth on GTC. One of my favorite places in the world. Hope you had a Goombay smash or 2 (but no more or you can't drive the cart straight)....
